"King Futt’s was the only company that told us if we didn’t like the house, or if we didn’t get it, our application fee wouldn’t be lost—it could be transferred to another property. That alone set them apart. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and honest. The information they gave us was accurate, with no runaround. We were able to view the properties online, and then someone met us at the property, gave us the keys and remotes, and only charged the deposit—no extra key or cleaning deposit. The house itself was clean and in good working condition. There were a few minor issues, but every time we submitted a work order, they responded quickly—often the same day or by the next. The repairs were handled professionally, and the job was always done right. I’ve never had any problems with them and highly recommend King Futt’s to anyone who’s tired of the runaround and wants to work with a reliable, trustworthy company.
