We own several properties within neighborhoods that are managed by a Homeowner's Association. If you live within one of our HOA Communities, please don't hesitate to contact us to request a copy of your HOA CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions). Tenants are expected to abide by all HOA rules, regulations, laws, ordinances, statutes, and orders enforced by the HOA regarding use of the premises. We are here to set you up for success by making sure you are informed and aware of how to avoid a violation.

 

King Futt's covers all HOA management fees, except violations. In the event of a violation, fees will be charged directly to the tenant. If you have any questions about your HOA, please contact our office and ask for Melanie, our HOA Coordinator, and she will be delighted to assist you!
